Ronald Edward Jackson's Obituary
Ronald Jackson of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away April 21, 2023. He was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee on March 3, 1948.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Diane, daughter Ashley, son Nathan, three stepdaughters Yolanda, Angela, and Christina, 10 grandchildren and sister Patti Culverhouse. He was predeceased by parents Roy and Francis, and brother James Jackson.
Ron served honorably in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was wounded in action and received the Purple Heart. He was service-connected disabled for many years. After leaving the military, Ron worked in various sales jobs. Later he became sole owner of International Power Corp.
Ron had a passion for golf and fishing. He was much loved by his family and will be truly missed.
There will be a funeral service at Bay Pines National Cemetery: 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, St. Petersburg, on Tuesday, May 30th at 11:00 am.
