Mr. Robert Ross Payne's Obituary
Payne, Robert,84, of St. Petersburg, passed away on July 5, 2015. He was in the Navy & a Korean War Veteran, a member of VFW & American Legion. He was a SK Tool distributor, mechanic and a Pinellas County Corrections officer. He was a member of Florida’s Sheriffs Assoc. & BMW Motorcycle Club. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Shirley; children Robert Payne II (Patricia), Mark Payne (Reva), Carrie McCloud (Dwayne), Lynn Flannery (Kevin) and Randy Cope; siblings Pat (Roger), Joyce (Jay), Jean (John), Tom (Peggy) and Jack (Cydney); 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers please make donation to Bon Secours Maria Manor or Suncoast Hospice. A service will be held at Memorial Park on Sunday, July 12 at 2 pm.
