Richard was a very kindhearted man who didn't have a mean bone in his entire body. He was always so happy and so polite. I had the great honor of knowing him and will miss him very much! But I know he's in a better place now.

amazing man and an even more amazing person
You will be fondly remembered my friend. Love Sharon
Tim,
I have such wonderful memories of your mom and dad - and of course, you. I was very young when they came to DC and attended church. My dad and your dad were not members but became friends through the active Men's group at the church and both eventually joined the church. I remember their joy when you came into their lives. I had hoped to be at the memorial service but will be in Naples for a medical procedure that day. Please know that I am thinking of your and your family. Sending love and prayers for you all.

I remember when Uncle Rich would come home from work and immediatly find the hamack and then, after a shor nap, Greet his wife and anyone else present. I recent years I really enjoyed fishing with him, cousins Bill & Bud in the Snowy Range. God bless you, Rhonda and Tim
Dick was not only a boss but a dear friend. He remembered us at Christmas with his cards and photos. His appointment of me as the first permanent Editor of the Manual Patent Examining Procedure was the start of a long career in the patent field. This gave me the opportunity to travel and work in many foreign countries after I retired from the Patent and Trademark Office.
Dick was more that a boss, he was a teacher and coach.
Tim and Rhona,
i worked for Mr. Wahl for a number of years when he was the Asistant Commissioner for Patents. He was such a genial person who always had a smile for everyone he met. It was a pleasure to work with and for him. I will always miss and remember him. Thanks for letting me know of his passing.

I Remember meeting Tim with Aunt Virginia when I went to Wash DC when I was in 8th grade about 1972. Sorry for your loss.
Dear Tim,
I will always have very fond memories of your dad. He was so warm, kind and such a gentleman. I admired the wonderful husband he was to your mom and the father he was to you. I still remember him carrying his kapunga all over, way before it was fashionable for men to carry bags! May your memories sustain you, Rhona and Brent, and may your dad rest in peace with the Lord. Warm regards, Laura Ramirez-Ramos & family
