Richard "Rich, Big Daddy" Conley Evans' Obituary
Evans, Richard “Rich, Big Daddy” Conley 59, of Pinellas Park passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 surrounded by his children and their mother. He is preceded in death by his Father Kenneth Evans, his grandparents Kenneth and Hazel Evans, Conley Nash and Sophia “Ethel” Everett. Survived by his children Richard (Bobbi) Evans, Dustin Evans, Shayne (Amber) Evans, Lauryn Evans, Larissa Evans, Kaylee Glenza and Kameron Glenza. His 11 grandchildren Aubrey, Alexis, Caleb, Charlee, Calynn, Gabriel, Benjamin, Nathanael, Emmalynn, Owen and Millie. His mother, Patricia Nash Cooper. His brothers Kerry (Stephanie) Evans and Wesley (Tina) Evans. Also, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends. Rich was born July 12, 1965 in Muncie, Indiana. He grew up in the Sunshine State of Florida. As a young boy, Rich developed an unbridled love for the water, spending countless hours on the beach, where he mastered the art of skimboarding, winning numerous competitions along the way. He graciously shared his passion with his children, teaching them the thrill of riding skimboards and instilling in them his love for the ocean. Another passion that burned brightly within him was riding BMX bikes, where he perfected intricate skills with ease. It's clear that Rich's unwavering dedication and perseverance enabled him to achieve greatness in every pursuit. From a young age, Rich embodied a remarkable work ethic, and once he discovered his true calling in the irrigation business, he boldly decided to launch his own company, Sprinklers by Rich. Since 1994, he has transformed that vision into a resounding success. His passion for classic cars was ignited when he purchased his first vintage vehicle, a 1966 Chevelle, the day after his eldest son was born. Rich loved his BIG family, having parties was something he enjoyed the most. He loved having a good time, laughing and living life to the fullest. He was a huge provider for his family and many friends. With a heart full of kindness, he selflessly always helped those in need, inspiring countless lives through his remarkable journey. He was an unforgettable man who made a huge impact on the many lives who were blessed to have met him.
