I am so sorry for your loss. Raphael and I sat in the same small room waiting for our interviews with Pinellas County in 2002. I remember him being so calm and confidant and I was nervous wreck. We started talking and he said to me, "don't be nervous buddy". He got the job, and I was hired a few months later. He was a great friend and coworker. We are going to miss you buddy.
