Rae Marie Carr-Kirkwood's Obituary
Carr-Kirkwood, Rae Marie, 61 of Pinellas Park passed away April 26, 2016 peacefully surrounded by family. She was born May 19, 1954 in Greensville, PA. She spent her childhood in PA. She then attended college at Youngstown State in Ohio before moving to Florida and starting her family as well as continuing her education. She lived to serve others her entire life.
Throughout her lifetime she enjoyed teaching elementary school, running preschools, nursing, wound care, and nursing education. She also enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, friends, and her pets.
She is survived by her children: Brian Costas, Amanda and Bob King, and Alison and Joey Butcher; grandchildren, Daniel Butcher, Desirae Butcher, Andrew Costas, and Bob Henry King Jr;. parents, Ray and Alice Reagle; sister, Susan Simmons; brother, Warren Reagle; and her pets, Chip and Marti.
The family will be holding a memorial service at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery (5750 49th Street North,St Petersburg, FL 33709 (727) 527-1196 www.memorialparkfuneralhome.com) on Saturday May 7th with a viewing from 3:00-4:00, Funeral Service at 4:00 with Pastor Rev. Dr. Robert A. Wierenga from Lake Seminole Presbyterian Church officiating, and a reception to follow ending at 6:00 p.m.
