Pauline Lorraine Reynolds, aged 85, passed away on September 21, 2024, at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. Born on August 12, 1939, in Charlton, Massachusetts, she was a beloved figure in her community and an extraordinary individual known for her angelic singing voice and boundless kindness.
Throughout her life, Pauline was deeply involved in church activities and had a profound impact on many through her music and generous spirit. Her home was a sanctuary, always open to those in need. Remarkably, she fostered over 20 children, providing love and care at a moment’s notice, often collaborating with local hospitals to aid newborns requiring immediate attention.
Pauline retired after a fulfilling career at the Home Shopping Network, where she left a memorable impression on her colleagues with her dedication and warmth. Her commitment extended beyond her immediate community as she lovingly supported veterans and Native American children in South Dakota, cherishing them from afar through photographs and correspondence.
She is survived by her sons, Randy (Jeanne) Reynolds, David (Dori) Reynolds; grandchildren Ryan Reynolds, Steven (Jachaelle) Reynolds, Elisabeth Reynolds, Cameron (Liz) Porter, and Rachel (Michael) Salisbury; and great-grandchildren Evan Reynolds, Liam Reynolds, Johanna Reynolds, Ellery Porter, Kelton Porter, Gideon Porter, Sophia Dorsainvil, and Charlotte Salisbury. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Norman Reynolds, who passed away too soon in 1984.
Pauline Reynolds will be remembered for her beautiful voice, her open heart, and her enduring kindness. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who knew her and were touched by her generosity.
