Kilburn, Paul D. 93 of St. Petersburg, FL passed away on August 27, 2020. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He is preceded in death by his wife Jacqulyn Kilburn.; parents Homer and Emma Kilburn; daughters Diane Kilburn and Linda Kilburn-Allen.; granddaughter Michelle Everett.; brothers Fred Kilburn, Floyd Kilburn, and Merrill Kilburn.; sister Betty Rounds. He leaves to cherish his memory, his sons Scot Kilburn (Barbi) and Steve Kilburn (Robin).; grandchildren, Scott Foss-Kilburn and Serrina Kilburn; one great-grandchild, Tanner Everett. Burial to take place September 11, 2020 at 11a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial Park Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
