Skinner, O. Ralph, 83 of Seminole died Oct 17, 2008 at Hospice Woodside. He was born in Vinton County, OH, and moved here in 1950 from Columbus. He retired after 25 years service with Sears. He was a member of the Lake Seminole Country Club, a Mason and a Navy veteran of WWII. Survivors include his brother Larry of Seminole.
