ANNIVERSARY
In '93 when I was down, came a goddess who eased my frown. Who would've thought, so long ago would turn to infinity, times two, ditto. A rose was given, a kiss so long, road trips to Memphis, New York, lots of songs.
A hotel, a rock, a tomato or two, my question was answered, a loving “I Do.” Casino line dancing, plays, some Concerts for fun, all leading up for two to be one.
Brooks and Dunn was the start of a memorable day. A Balloon in Plant City, Midard Park, wood nymphs, Hooray. We planned to get high but a no name storm kept us grounded and wind-blown all morning long. Basket cases we were but with family around Vows we had written were sung aloud and proud. Club Cheers where we met was the end of our day. Friends and Family soon all heard us say our Vows in song.
If you get there before I do; don't give up on me. I'll meet you when my chores are thru, I don't know how long I'll be But I'm not going to let you down Darling wait and see. But between now and then, Until I see you again, I'll be loving you, love me.
That was a River This is the Ocean. That never carried this much emotion. Nothing compares to This Deep Devotion. That was a River THIS is the Ocean
I Swear by the moon and the stars in the sky I'll be there I swear like the shadow that's by your side I'll be there for better or worse till death do us part I'll love you with every beat of my heart. I Swear. I swear
