Another memory of Nikki was from my wedding. Right before I walked down the aisle I was telling her I had everything but something borrowed. She loaned me the Aphrodite goddess of love necklace she was wearing..........and took it right back after the ceremony lol
She was a great lady and she will be greatly missed…my prayers are with Nikki’s daughter Vikki and her Family…Rest In Peace Nikki
My favorite memory of Nikki is from many many years ago. It's about mac n cheese. She was making it and didn't have enough Velveeta. I can still see her cutting bits of SWISS off the block and adding it. It was and still is the best mac and cheese I've had to date. And I believe it was ditalini or tubettini macaroni.
