Mr. Nicholas Robert de Nyse's Obituary
de Nyse, Nicholas “Nick” Robert, age 20, of Largo, Florida, passed away on September 13th, 2016. He was born in Clearwater, Florida on April 11th, 1996. Being a native to the area he enjoyed spending time at the local beaches. Nick loved God, his country and family. He truly lived out his Christian belief in how he cared for others and was always a champion for the underdog. He was a member of Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church. A very patriotic and proud American who adored and loved his family. As a musician that played the guitar and trumpet he had a passion for all genres of music. At Clearwater Central Catholic high school he was team captain of the wrestling team and earned the title of MVP. He also enjoyed gaming in particular the game Halo and watching Dr. Who.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Adrienne de Nyse; brother Jacob de Nyse; grandparents Ligia Francisco, Gus (Nance) Francisco and great grandmother Hilda Francisco; Aunts Michelle Francisco and Marianne de Nyse; uncle Peter Kenneth (Donna) de Nyse; several cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers please make donation to the wounded warrior project in his name at www.woundedwarriorproject.org. A visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th Street North St. Petersburg, FL 33709, on Friday, September 16th from 6-8 pm with a wake service at 6:30 pm. The funeral mass will be held at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1507 Trotter Road, Seminole, FL 33770, on Saturday, September 17th at 10 am with a committal service to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
