What an amazing and inspirational woman! I can't believe that I am signing this now, I really thought...well, I thought it would be way out in the future. I just want to say that Nancy was an amazing mother and did everything she always could for her children. They gave her strength to fight and without them, I don't know how she would have had the will...she told me that, herself. Nancy used to introduce me as her sister and I was always so honored because I always felt the love like you should from a sister and I hope to God, she felt it too...I am going to miss my sister, in Christ...God please rest your hands over her entire family and help them cope with this tremendous loss.
I met Nancy through Sue Clark, both wonderful and inspirational Christian women of God. She always seemed so calm and relaxed even though she was in and out of Moffit. I will always remember and admire Nancy as an inspiration to me when I am sick or in distress. May God bless her family.

Even through the rough times you were always there for me. I told you every day that your beautiful and you asked me why i said that and i told you that its because you are. Nancy was a breath of fresh air to me! We hugged, we shared and I loved her. When my daughter, Sue, was in her final weeks, and I needed a respite for a couple of hours, Nancy would come each week to give me a morning break. I knew that she was always going through a time of difficulty herself, but she insisted on giving me a time for myself.
Although we scarcely knew each other before the summer of 2010, it did not take long for us to 'connect' and become the closest of friends.
I know that her loved ones will miss her. We do not know the 'why' of God's ways, but we do know that He is faithful and will never leave you.
