Myriam Thompson, born 5/30/25, went to glory on 2/6/19. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56+ years, Harry Thompson (2006), a son, Jimmy Thompson (1957); 2 sisters, Josephine Moore and Peggy Lynn Watson and her brother, David William Larkins, Jr. Myriam is survived by her daughter, Karen Patterson and 2 sons; Dr. David S. Thompson and Steve Thompson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Myriam was an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She loved us all unconditionally.
She loved to cook meals for the family gatherings and of course Thanksgiving was her favorite time of the year. Most of all she loved her Lord Jesus Christ and she was an awesome teacher of the Word of God to children. She was involved with Child Evangelism and taught in children’s classes for many years. Praise God for the witness she was to so many and for the way God used her.
We will miss her dearly but rejoice in the reunion she is having and in the glorious fact that we will see her again one day.
