Born February 10,1974 to Lawrence and Phillis Gregory in Goshen, Indiana. On January 7, 2000 he married the former Terri Hurley.
Michael is survived by wife Terri and daughter Alyssa Gregory, Step-daughters Kristeen Yuris and Kayla Morgart (Joseph Lackey), grandchildren Amber Fulkerson, Aiden Lackey, Samuel Lackey and Dennis Lackey. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Wilma ( Zeke) Waggoner and Teresa Rodriguez as well as nieces and nephews.
