Frank was the first Engineer that I met when I started at ECI in 1960. We had desks directly in front of each other. He was a great guy to work with. Never arrogant and always good to be around and very smart.The last time I saw him was at the Retirees Christmas party last year. He will be missed.

I remember Frank an a great and kind colleague during the years we worked together at E-Systems/Raytheon from 1983 until my retirement in 2001. We worked together on some great programs like Milstar, Seawinds, and GFO. He had a great sense of humor and was a delight to work with.
