Mrs. Mary Jo McCoy's Obituary
McCoy, Mary Jo, 82, of St. Petersburg, FL, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away on February 11th. She attended Anona United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. She loved to travel with her husband, visiting Ireland twice, as well as cruises to Alaska and the Caribbean, she loved to knit, and had a passion for reading. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Joseph Roger McCoy; children Jeff McCoy, Lisa (Paul) Zook, Brian (Cheryl) McCoy; grandchildren Michael (Fawn) McCoy, Alicia (Jason) Montoya, Kim (Ziggy) Podlas, and Joe (Kelly) McCoy; great grandchildren Xavi, Logan, and Lexi; brother James (Brenda) Heilmann; many nieces and nephews, and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 18th at 11am at Memorial Park chapel with a reception to follow.
