Mary P Farrell's Obituary
Farrell, Mary P. "Polly" passed away on May 8th, 2014. She was born in Gastonia, NC in 1923. She graduated from Montreat College and married Ralph P. Farrell Jr. in 1945. They moved to Florida in 1952, first living in Sarasota and then moving to St. Petersburg in 1965. Polly was predeceased by her husband, Ralph. She is survived by her daughters, Patti (Wayne) Wyatt and Lou Farrell; her sons, Mike (Judy) Farrell, Tim (Lois) Farrell and Tom (Geneva) Farrell, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. As a member of Garden Crest Presbyterian Church she served the Lord as a Women's Circle Leader and church Elder. She enjoyed reading, the adventure of traveling and cheering for her Florida Gators. Poll's greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished them all and they felt her genuine love. A gathering will be held at the funeral home on Friday the 16th from 11am-12pm with a memorial service at 12noon.
