Mary V. Baynard's Obituary
Baynard, Mary V., 83, of Madeira Beach, formally of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (Jan. 2, 2007) at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Windsor, Ontario Canada and lived in Detroit, Michigan. moved to St. Petersburg, fl in 1944 where she met and married Henry T. Baynard in 1945. She attended nursing school at Henry Ford Hospital and Women's Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church and served on altar guild. She was a realtor and commercial investor. She was a docent at Heritage Park in Seminole. She was a docent, officer of Stuart society and a contributor to the wing of the fine arts museum in St Petersburg. She was a national ballroom dancer and tap dancer winning many first place trophies. She was an experienced traveler of more than 23 countries. Survivors include her 4 children Donald Baynard, Diana Baynard Footlick, Bruce Baynard and Brian Baynard, all of St. Petersburg; Her sister, Jean Clabo and nephew Steven Clabo both of Bristol, Va.; 8 grand children; 10 great grand children; and niece Cynthia Rhymer; of Mountain Home, Arkansas.
