Mom, What can I say. You have been a wonderful Mother to me. The Mother that I am today with Ryan, Danae, and Whitney is because of the ways and knowledge that I received from you. You were always so giving and loving but you also loved life and enjoyed each day. You also shared your love of God and family with me. You were a Christian woman living the Gospel each day. I will miss you but I know that you are looking down from Heaven and you are with me always. I have been fortunate to hear many family stories shared by Rosie, my friend and walking bud! It was apparent that Rosie came from an incredible family with a rich history of having fun, eating great food, and sharing family time through music, games, etc. I now know where Rosie got her love for reading and I’m certain there are many more qualities that Rosie inherited from her dear Mother. Rosie has made us laugh as she shared family stories and now I share her tears as she temporarily says goodbye to her Mother as she goes to her eternal home.

Aunt Mary was such a generous person. She would always have room at her table for anyone who dropped by. Her sense of humor led to wonderful Halloween outfits for her and Uncle Pete. Her love for her children was always evident. I remember awakening at night as a young child during a sleepover and hearing Aunt Mary and Anita chatting together. Anita, Tony, Rosie and Pete.

When my parents lived in Vendome Village, Mary became a quick friend to them. When my father passed on, Mary took it upon herself to check in on my dear mother every day and shared some of her fantastic cooking with her. Mary was my friend too, and after my dear mother passed on she offered me encouragement and condolences like no other.. I recall so many good times eating at her house, playing cards on Friday evenings with the "group", and her smile would instantly turn an otherwise bad day into one full of sunshine and hope. She was an incredible person and I am saddened by her passing. If we had a few more like her, this world would certainly be a much better place. My condolences to Mary's family and know that I am truly sorry for your loss. It is obvious that our dear Lord needed another angel and he called upon Mary. What wonderful choice that was. While we will miss her here on earth, she will always be in our hearts and prayers. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Mary had planned and prepared a beautiful Easter feast for Tony, myself and my son Freddie two years ago when we visited during spring break. There was more than enough food; it was delicious! She was a lovely lady, full of verve. I love the stories Tony and Peter share during get togethers. They're usually laughing so hard by the end of the story. She will be missed.

I have so many great memories of my grandma, but one of my favorites is when my cousin, Amy and I went down to FL to visit for our college Spring Break. My grandma took us to Bingo with her (a fave of her's) and of course had 10 cards in front of her. She knew I couldn't handle that many so I only had like 3 cards. As the game continued and I couldn't keep up with my cards, she started to stamp my cards along with hers - I think she started stamping Amy's cards too; so her big arm kept flying back and forth between the 3 of us to cover all the cards. And of course my grandpa kept serving us food all night, even though we had stuffed ourselves with grandmas cooking already. Good times! She was an amazing woman, full of life and love and always put family first. I will miss her dearly and cherish the many wonderful memories! Love you, Grandma...
