Mr. Marvin S. Grant's Obituary
Mr. Marvin S. Grant of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday, June 3, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He was 89.
Marvin was born April 10, 1930 in New York, New York; the son of the late Herbert and Elsie Goldstein. He was an attorney, a proud graduate of the University of Miami (FL) and he went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University. Marvin was also a veteran of the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Neil Grant.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Sydney Grant; 2 sons, Edward Grant and Steven (Kristine) Grant. He is also survived by a stepson, Dr. Kevin Burrill (Kristy) and 2 stepdaughters; Alysha Luper (Zvi "Steve") and Jenifer Levy (Dr. Kenneth). Marvin was the grandfather of 13 grandchildren; Jamie, Abbie, Alexander, Samuel and Benjamin Grant; Zachary, Alexandra and Chase Burrill; Brandon, Jonathan and Jordan Luper; and Simone and Kira Levy.
