Marian Weisser Roby's Obituary
Marian Weisser Roby, 88, of Largo, FL (formerly of Redington Shores and Seminole) passed away December 28, 2023. She was born in Peoria, IL, graduated from Manual Training High School, and Methodist Hospital as an RN. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1956 and during her career worked for Mound Park Hospital (now Bayfront), Family Drs Rawlings, L'Heureux, and Day, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, and Bayshore Health and Homemaker services. She was a member of Suncoast Community Church and taught children’s Sunday School for many years. Survivors include sister, Lorraine Pfund; nephew, Garey (Cheryl) Weisser; niece, Lori (Bruce) Mikos; great-niece, Ellen (Jason) Byers; great-great niece and nephew, Leah Byers and Logan Byers; and great-nephew, Neil (Stephanie) Jacobs. A graveside service will be held at 3:00PM on Friday, January 5 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg.
