STANLEY, Margie F. "Bo"
80, of St. Petersburg, formerly of West Middleton, IN and Woodville, TX, passed away peacefully on Tuesday Sep. 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertie and William Melvin of Woodville TX, her husband, Bill Stanley of Kokomo, IN, a brother, Leo Melvin of Woodville, TX, two sisters, Bobbie Williams of Neederton, TX, and Sue Melvin of Woodville, TX. She is survived by two sons, Roger and his wife Pam Shine of Kokomo, IN, Brian and his wife Ann Shine of St. Petersburg, FL, two sisters, Dink Green of Woodville, TX, Ruth and her husband Charles Hinze of Sunset, LA.; a brother, Larry Melvin of Bismark, ND, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Margie was a 1951 graduate of Kirby High School, Woodville, TX. Upon graduation she entered the U.S Air Force and was assigned to the 3700th Medical Group at Lackland AFB, TX. She later moved to West Middleton, IN where she raised her family, and was a 20 year employee of Western School Corp. as a Bus Driver for Special Needs Children. Margie was an avid Gardener, Painter, Wildlife Lover, and Buccaneer Fan. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Friend to all who met her. Her beautiful smile will be missed dearly by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
