Happy Happy Memories of laughing( lots of laughs)and playing together as children growing up in Giffnock. That Davey Crockett outfit! And the caravan and other holidays in the Highlands. Running about pretending g to be knights in armour. And the concerts we had singing Scottish songs in harmony to our audience of family members. To Terry and Cassandra I send love and deep sympathy . So sorry to hear the news of cousin Malcolm's passing away. I have warmest memories of spending time and adventures together at Giffnock and later Lasswade when we were young. Also on holidays with Grandpa and Granny Wood and Aunt Lindsay 'up north', particularly in a cottage at Acharacle, Ardnamurchan, where he unfortunately twisted his ankle on our first day there when he and I were making our way through a wood to a farm to collect milk.
I used to love getting his 'handed down' clothes as he outgrew them as he was so trendy!
Wonderful recollections of carefree days long ago.
My heartfelt condolences to Terry and family as I know he will be sorely missed.
