Lynn Marie Roberson (Reeves)'s Obituary
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn Roberson on April 10, 2026. Lynn was 78 years old.
Lynn was born in St. Petersburg and attended Pinellas County schools. She also attended Pinellas Park Beauty School. After graduating, she found her lifelong profession in hair styling and began her career as a hair stylist. Lynn lived in Norfolk, VA for many years, where she married the love of her life, Larry. She became a teacher at Hicks Beauty Academy in downtown Norfolk. After her husband, Larry, passed away, she retired, moved back to Florida and continued working in her field for Sally Beauty Supply. Lynn was a former Auxiliary President of the Pinellas Park American Legion. She also volunteered a great deal of time with the Girl Scouts. She loved crafting and decorating for every holiday. Lynn's favorite holiday was Easter. She spent hours filling plastic Easter eggs for the annual family Easter egg hunt and gave hints to the youngest family members about where they were hidden. We are going to miss her craziness and her heart of gold.
Lynn is survived by her sisters, Diane Kovacsev, Janet DeBiase, and Catherine Cavileer; her sister-in-law, Sheila Downey; four cousins; six nieces; two nephews; three great-nieces; and 12 great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; her parents, George and Dolores Reeves; and her brothers, Bob and Jim Reeves. The family will have a celebration of life for her at the family home on May 9.
