Mrs. Lucille Marie Ainsworth's Obituary
Lucille M. Ainsworth, 92, of Redington Shores, Florida, died Monday, July 2nd in St. Petersburg, FL.
She was the daughter of Carmie and Maria (Grinatti) Protano. She married George L. Ainsworth Sr. in 1957 in Dekalb, IL. She was a resident of Dekalb for more than 30 years before retiring to Redington Shores, FL in 1969. She worked at General Electric in Dekalb before moving to Redington Shores where she then volunteered for the Reding Beach Fire department.
She is survived by 2 brothers, Chester J. Protano (Joann), and Anthony C. Protano (Ardis); a son George L. Ainsworth Jr.; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Carmie and Maria Protano; her husband George L. Ainsworth Sr.; brother Guido Protano; sister Elizabeth M. Veltman; sisters-in-law Robbie Protano, Joan Protano and Terrie Joan Protano; nephew Stephen J. Protano and great nephew Tommy Protano Jr.
No services are scheduled t take place. She will be cremated and laid to rest beside her beloved husband George at Memorial Park Cemetery, 4900 54th Ave N., St. Petersburg, FL.
