Louise P. Galipeau (88) passed away on November 6, 2017. She was born in Meriden, Connecticut on August 23, 1929 to the late George and Stella (Gimza) Pichnarcik. Louise graduated from Meriden High School in 1947. She worked for Miller Johnson as a proof-reader until retirement. She enjoyed going on cruises, gardening, cross-stitch, crosswords, reading, and baking. Louise was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roland Galipeau, daughter Jeannine DuBovik, and sister Evelyn Ricci. She is survived by her siblings George (Gail) Pichnarcik, Edith Patterson, and John Pichnarick; daughter Suzanne Palermo; grandchildren Lisa Palermo, Matthew Palermo, Katie Hunt, and Bryan Rosengrant; and great-grandchildren Ava, Mason, and Parker. Louise's final resting place will be beside her husband at Memorial Park Cemetery.
