Linda Joe Reed Manning, 73, of Seminole, passed away Monday, February 3, 2020. She is survived by grandson Robert Taylor Halstead of St. Petersburg, nephew Jeffrey Manning, from North Carolina and niece Angela (Manning) Hersch from Dade City. She was proceeded in death by her husband Robert Lee (Bobby) Manning, daughter Heather Noelle Manning and long time companion Frank Benedetti.
