Linda Lou Cook's Obituary
Linda Lou Cook, 73, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at home in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was born on April 15, 1949, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late John and Mary Ellen Cook. Linda is also pre-deceased by her sister Darlena, brother John, and brother-in-law William Connolly.
She spent most of her life in the Cleveland, Ohio area where she worked as a welder. When not working she could be found remodeling or helping a friend fix something. Linda was the ultimate DIYer and was the go-to friend for help. She would unwind by fulfilling her passion for camping and fishing. Linda was known for being a marvelous cook who despised microwave ovens, she took her time preparing meals and her patience always paid off.
Linda is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter Stacy (Shawn) Phillips; siblings Alice Silbaugh, Jackie Connolly, Katherine McCollum, Robert (Joan) McCollum, Raymond (Jean) McCollum; her baby morkie Dexter and many treasured friends.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
