Bartolo, Lillian J's Obituary
Lillian J. Bartolo, born on April 19, 1928, in Revere, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at the age of 96.
Lillian began her career as a teacher in Boston before moving to Florida, where she pursued her passion for sewing and opened Mz. Lillian's A-Z Tailoring. As a talented seamstress, she took great pride in her craft and brought joy to many through her work. A devoted member of St. Jude’s Cathedral, Lillian’s faith was an important part of her life.
Proud of her Italian heritage, Lillian was known for her incredible cooking and the feasts she lovingly prepared for family and friends. Her pizzelle cookies were a particular favorite among those who had the pleasure of tasting them. She also had a vibrant personality and a love for all things pink—her favorite color that reflected her spirited nature. Lillian’s meticulous care extended to her garden and landscaping, which she tended with dedication and precision.
Lillian is survived by her two daughters Cindy and Marie, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will cherish her memory and carry forward her legacy. She is predeceased by her daughter Dorothy.
May Lillian’s memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
