Lila Vanessa Piechocki's Obituary
Ms. Lila Vanessa Piechocki (Sutphin) died peacefully at home on the 13th of August 2022, in St. Petersburg, FL at the age of 60.
Lila is survived by her children, Mark, Kimberly, and Alex; siblings, Lora, Dede, Susan; Brandt, and Elizabeth; five granddaughters; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, who adored her. She is preceded in death by her parents Judy and B. Van; and brother Mark (Tinky).
Lila was born on January 20, 1962, in St. Petersburg, FL to Judy Thompson (Swiston) and Benjamin (B. Van) Sutphin. She attended St. Petersburg High School. Her children will remember her as a kind mother, who always encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Lila was an accomplished, self-employed, bookkeeper; a generous individual, who loved helping others in need. Lila was also passionate about caring for all animals in need, and gardening.
No funeral is scheduled, at this time. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Pinellas Opportunity Council or the SPCA. The family would like to thank caregivers for their dedication. Her children would especially like to thank their aunts for being there in her final days.
