Leticia K Francisco's Obituary
FRANCISCO, Leticia K., 92, of St. Petersburg, FL passed away on July 30, 2023. She was born on August 23, 1930 in Manila, Philippines to Luis and Concepcion Kasilag. A devout Catholic, Leticia was a member of the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle. She has been a resident of the United States for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rosauro Francisco in 2014 and her sons-in-law, Bill Terry and Boy Zabala. Survivors include her children, Tessa Terry, Cecille Zabala, Louie Francisco, Johnny Francisco, Agnes Francisco, and Rose Francisco; grandson, Patrick Zabala; and siblings, Ramon Kasilag and Baby Roxas. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg followed by inurnment at Memorial Park Cemetery and a reception back at the funeral home. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
