Gillespie, Lawrence “Larry” A., 67, passed away on October 8th in St. Petersburg. He was born on August 28th, 1950 in Miami, Florida. Larry had a kind heart and devoted much time to rescuing cats. He worked at Florida Power Plant as an operator. He enjoyed fishing with his son and watching car races. Larry was a proud veteran of the National Guard.
Survived by his son Lawrence A. Gillespie II; siblings Jerry L. Gillespie, Mary Ramsey and Kay Mahoney.
The family is not holding public services.
