L. Marie Ellsworth's Obituary
Ellsworth, L. Marie, 86, of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday May 8, at her residence under the care of hospice. She was a native of Saratoga Springs, NY and moved to this area in 1982 from East Longmeadow, MA. She was a teacher for the Victory Church of the Nazerine after school day care program for 11 years. She was also a member of the Victory Church of the Nazerine in Kenneth City, where she served on the Sunday School board for several years and was also very active in the church's children's activities. She was named Sunday School Teacher of the Year for the State of Florida in 1997, obtained her GED at the age of 70, was a past board member of the Springfield Church of the Nazerine in Springfield, MA and was a Foster Mother for 16 years. Survivors include five daughters, Sandi Pepe of Southwick, MA, Joyce B. Burns of Bethel, CT, Dotti Payne of Pinellas Park, Pam Ellsworth of Kansas City, KS and Patti Daton of Wesley Chapel; one son, Earl Reed of Tamarac, FL; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
