Kwang Hae Ye, aged 90, passed away on March 30, 2026, in Pinellas Park, Florida. Born on October 20, 1935, in Kyung Sang Book Do, South Korea, he moved to the United States, where he lived a full and vibrant life.
Kwang was renowned for his exceptional fishing skills, a hobby he cherished deeply. His love for fishing was not just a pastime but a significant aspect of his life that brought him immense joy and peace.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Sang Soon Ye, and their three sons, David (Sandy) Ye, Jun (Sung Ok) Ye, and Tony (Jessica) Ye. Kwang was a cherished grandfather to Andrew (Crystal), Hannah, Heather, Bethany, Bradley, and Jason, and a proud great-grandfather to Emelia.
A service to honor Kwang's life will be held on Friday, April 24, at 11 am at Memorial Park Funeral Home. His legacy of love, passion for fishing, and the warm memories shared will forever be remembered by his family and friends.
