Kelly Joseph Haydon's Obituary
Haydon, Kelly, 54, retired business man, died on May 18th, 2013 after a short hospitalization. He was a long time resident of Pinellas County, FL. He is survived by his wife Mary Haydon, his son Ryan Haydon and two step-children, Christopher Cherry and Heidi Cherry; his father Duffy Haydon, a brother Mark Haydon, and a sister Ruth Haydon, all of Broward County, FL. Aunts and uncles Gary (Carol) Houchin of Harrodsburg, KY, Lloyd (Betty) Haydon, longtime residents of Springfield, KY, now of Loretto, KY, Mary Jane Klausing of Louisville, KY, Charlotte Hapak of Indianapolis, IN, and a great aunt Doris Hayek, longtime resident of Wilmington, DE.
He graduated from St. Andrews Elementary, Harrodsburg, KY. He also attended Millersburg Military Institute and Harrodsburg High School. He owned and operated a popular doughnut shop, Donut Connection, in Seminole, FL. He was employed in youth by Gem Supply in Danville, KY. He retired several years ago. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday May 23rd from 11am-12pm with a service to follow at 12pm. Donations suggested to Arthritis Foundation, National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Kentuckians for Nursing Home Reform.
