Kathleen (Kathy) M Godsey's Obituary
Kathleen (Kathy) Marie Godsey, 66, of St. Petersburg, passed away on July 2nd. Kathy was born on July 30th, 1954, in Dayton, OH. She relocated to FL in the early 80s. She loved life and people, especially her beautiful daughter Stacy Harrison, her son-in-law Rocky Harrison, and her precious grandson, Ryder. She is survived by her father, Albert Godsey, and brother, Rick Godsey, both of Dayton.
As part of the original staff of Harvey’s 4th Street Grill, she was loved and admired by all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her bright smile and contagious passion for life.
Her family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support. A celebration of life for Kathy will be held Friday, July 9th, at Lassing Park at 6pm and will continue at The Big Catch immediately following. Guests are asked to wear pink of possible. In lieu of flowers, a collection of scratch off lottery tickets, her favorite, are being collected. Any winnings will go to her grandson’s education fund.
