KATHLEEN “KAY” FOEHL 9/2/1925-9/2/2020
Kay was born in 1925 to Amos and Zanna Hall in Kentucky, along with three sisters and one brother who have predeceased her. She lived in many places including Middletown, OH where she married her first husband John and had two children: Deb and Leslie. Also, as well as Cherry Hill, NJ. She moved to St Petersburg, Fl in 1980 where she successfully lived out the remaining time of her life. She was an entrepreneur and owned her own staffing agency in the 1980’s called Kay’s Personnel. She was successful in many ways. She was a hard worker, later in life she created a fake ID to make herself “younger” to work at the Old St. Petersburg Pier. Her family was her pride. She is predeceased by her daughter Leslie. Kathleen was known by many names, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend. She was an avid golfer and loved watching Tiger Woods play. She enjoyed the beach and watching tennis with a scotch and water any chance she got. She had a smile that would light up a room and would not hesitate to give you a piece of her mind, but that made her unique. She was Intune with the spirit world and loved to speak with the other side. She enjoyed going to church and ready books. She liked to watch the horse races and playing cards, she was a hard one to beat. Kathleen passed on her 95th Birthday under a full moon surrounded by her family. She is survived by her daughter, grandson, granddaughter, two great grandsons, great granddaughter, nieces, and nephews. May she find peace with her sisters and daughter in her newfound journey.
