Karen May Peterson, 62, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on Sunday July 9, 2017 at her home. She was born on May 29th, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her three chidren Trygeania Dowell, Brett O'shea, and Sean O's Read Obituary
Mom I remember tge first time I had thanksgiving with you. It was with the kids,Jose,Brett, Cat, Sean and I. This was the first time ever that I tried homemade Yams (that you personally made) and told you " I will never buy canned Yams again after this!!" That was such a great day with our family with great food. We love you and we miss you so much.
While I only had the pleasure of knowing Karen as a coworker, it was clear even from this limited interaction that she was a kind and wonderful person. I am grateful for the time I had with her and thankful for what I learned from her. It pained me to know of her continued struggle against cancer, and now my heart aches for her loved ones. My hope is that she is now at peace and her family may know some of their own as they remember, grieve, and heal. My love to you all.
Karen will be greatly missed. I had the pleasure of working with her for the past 14 years in the field as well as the office sharing ideas and caring for patients. Karen was an excellent nurse. She represented strength in her profession as well as all she endured during her illness. One of my greatest memory is my mom was so sick and I wanted to bring her home. As a daughter I was very overwhelmed. It was Karen who sat down with me and offered a way to make it work. I am forever grateful for all that she offered professionally as well as a supportive friend. Rest In Peace my friend for you have earned your angel wings.
