Grieve, Julia R., 93, passed away on February 2, 2012 in Venice, Florida. Julia moved to Venice from St. Petersburg, FL in 2005 after the death of Thomas, her dear husband of 58 years. Julia was born on July 24, 1918 in Johnson City, PA to Agnes (Balonis) and Anthony Wasko. She is survived by her sister Tafelia Patrick of Michigan and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom, brothers Anthony, Roman and John and sisters Veronica Wasko, Anne Odendahl, Agnes Strauser, Adela Buczynski, and Mary Truchan. Julia and Tom owned and operated a mobile home park in Kalamazoo, Michigan for several years. Singing old familiar songs was Julia's favorite passtime. Years ago, she enjoyed traveling, needle work, dancing and playing Bridge.
