James Bell
Julia Elaine Moore Bell is my mother. She was married three times. One to Willard Bell, my father. Again to Arthur Copeland in Miami Florida, no children. And, Sebastiano Cotugno in El Portel Florida. no children. She was one of two children of Julia Eugenia Grant Watts Moore of Conway SC and James Andrew Moore. She had a sister, Jamie Moore Byrum of Badin NC and two "half" brothers, John Watts and James C Watts both of Conway SC.
