Joe Yarsawich helped me earn my Eagle Scout Award! He was a force to be reckoned with. Very memorable guy. His laugh lit up a stage. He had a way with people. He cared about his kids. He also cared about his extended kids through the scouting program. He was also very passionate. In reprimanding or inspiring, I won’t forget how he carried himself. I’ll never forget getting woken up early in the AM at scout camp with “Rise & Shine boys, rise & shine!”. He was heroic. God rest ye Joe Yarsawich! We could and won’t ever forget you!
Donna and family, our entire family was so saddened to learn that Joe had passed away. We have incredible memories of troop 28 especially the schooner trip in 2000 from key west. Joe was so kind, generous and thoughtful. Our love to each of you. Chris, Patti, Christian & Caitlin Iannucci
