Joseph Sherman LaCross Jr., aged 49, unexpectedly passed away on September 17, 2024, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Born on November 12, 1974, he was known for his contagious smile and his innate ability to make friends wherever he went. The beach and his dogs played a significant role in bringing him peace and enjoyment, along with many lifelong friendships.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Sherri; daughters, Jewel and Breauna; mother, Phyllis; sisters, Kim, Nichole, and Candice; grandmother, Mary; along with many close friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Sr., stepfather, John; grandparents, Dick, Betty, and Pops.
Professionally, Joe dedicated himself to his career as a tile setter, where he applied his craftsmanship and attention to detail to enhance many homes and businesses.
Joes humor, friendship, free spirit, and love for his family and friends will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
