Hi everyone, I'm Katherine, A friend of Maria's from college. Joe's introduction to my life was one of complete joy. I listened and watched as my dear friend, Maria, started doing something that in over twenty years, I hadn't seen her do. Ms. Maria, being the mature, old soul, matter of fact lady.... started acting like a bright cheery love struck teenager. She shared .... anytime we talked, ( and sometimes into the wee hours of the night) how one of her friend was sooooo handsome... and how the mere glance of his beautiful eyes would just melt her...... then time passed, and she found out that the guy that all the single girls at work liked, liked her back! Soon she met Joe's dad, who, I believe had a lot to do with gently supporting these two shy, sweet individuals a chance to flourish. And boy, did they flourish.... these two lived more love, friendship, adventures, to carry them a lifetime. Their love and friendship bond could only be described of that that can only be found in soulmates. It's been a true joy to see these two individuals find their soulmates, and give anyone around them the chance to believe in love again.
And it's for these wonderful experiences, that I will cherish and have touched MY life, that I would like to take this opportunity to thank, God for Joseph; I thank the Katenkamp family for raising such a great human being; and to Maria, for being the great person that she is and for giving me the opportunity to have a glimpse into a world of pure love, and joy... the things that soulmates are made of.
