Jose' "Joe" Collazo was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Ybor City. He attended the old Jefferson High School and joined the Merchant Marines when he was only 16 years old. In 1961, when he was 18, he volunteered to join the Unit Read Obituary
I am so so sorry about his passing. I will always remember him being a jokester and making us all laugh. Unfortunately, I cannot make the Celebration of Life as I’m out of town. Know that your Family is in my thoughts and prayers. Keep hold of all the great memories.
