John Stephen Yoke's Obituary
Yoke, John S., 81 of Dunedin, formerly St. Pete Beach died Saturday, February 10, 2007 at his home under Hospice Care. Born in Stratford, Connecticut he moved to St. Pete Beach in 1986 from Greenwich, Connecticut. He retired in 1985 from Pittston Coal as a personnel manager. He was a Methodist. He was an Army Air Corps Veteran of WWII and an avid golfer. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Slicker-Yoke; son, John Jr. of Stratford, Connecticut; daughter, Maureen Jordan, of Littleton, Colorado; two step-daughters, Lori Bromley of Hendersonville, North Carolina and Linda Slicker of Avon Park, Florida and four grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home 10 AM until service time at 11 AM Thursday, February 15, 2007. Pastor Branson Rogers officiating.
