There are not enough words to describe the many ways in which I will (and do) miss my Mother. She went above and beyond any devotion or love a son could ever ask from a Mother. During our life together she was a single Mom at times, in my early years. This created a special bond between Mom and I that was very strong. I was her little man as she would say. I think about what she has accomplished on her own and it is amazing. She was amazing all the way to the end of her life. She was up and making soup for Easter with only days left in the body that was letting her down. Her body did not deserve to have such a strong spirit in it. She was so independent and had a will that was not broken all the way to her last breathe. The love she showed to me was undeniable. There was nothing she wouldn't do for me. She taught me many things growing up along the years and I was still learning from her at 47 years old because she was a very knowledgeable person. We had a bond that will be cherished forever. There is a void that will never be filled with the loss of my Mother but I will always remember the love we shared. I love and miss you Mom and will see you when I get home.
