Jeffrey A. Milk's Obituary
Jeffrey A. Milk, 46, of Longwood, Florida, (formerly of Seminole, Florida) passed away on October 23, 2021 with loved ones by his side, after a courageous battle with Covid-19. He was born June 13, 1975 to Duane and Sandy Milk in Denville, New Jersey.
He is lovingly remembered by both of his parents, sister Lorin (Daniel) Banks, nieces Julia and Astrid Banks, nephew Austin Banks, aunt Barbara Zouvelekis, and uncle Martin (Patricia) Kley.
Growing up, Jeff participated in many activities including Boy Scouts, swimming, gymnastics, baseball, basketball, football, karate (brown belt), and playing the flute. He was a self-taught artist who enjoyed drawing and writing poetry as forms of expression. Jeff went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Computer Animation with Cum Laude Honors from The International Academy of Design and Technology in 2005. He was skilled in construction and landscaping and volunteered his time to help build homes, playgrounds, and parks for victims of disaster and poverty. As a Disaster Relief Consultant he spent a year in Puerto Rico providing aid. He was well known for his outgoing personality, along with his sense of humor and infectious laugh. Jeff was taken from us much too soon, but lived every day of his life to its fullest. A real force of nature, Jeff enjoyed many adventures including skydiving, caving, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, camping, zip-lining, biking, hiking, traveling, karaoke, and going on cruises, (where he often entertained and amused the other guests so much that he gave the Cruise Directors a real run for their money). Jeff was a true friend who always had your back and would passionately protect and defend those he loved.
Memorial Service is Saturday, October 8th, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will be accepting visitors one hour prior.
