Jeanne was born May 4, 1944 and was a lifetime resident of St. Petersburg. Jeanne had a great love for St. Peter and Mad Beach. Jeanne was a well-known seamstress, artist, craftswoman & jewelry designer. Being the proud granddaughter of Doc Webb of world famous Webb City, like her grandfather, the showman, she enjoyed telling stories from that era. Following in Jeanne's footsteps, her son, Chaz became an internationally known artist. Jeanne met her husband Frank on Mad Beach at Skip's Beach Bar. They were married on February 29, 1984, Leap Year!
Jeanne always said it was because Frank only wanted to cough up a present every 4 years! Due to Leap Year, they were only officially married 8.25 years, however it was 33 calendar years.
