Powell, Jane Reese, 79, of Palm harbor Florida, passed on, Thursday December 9, 2010. She was born in Irvington, N.J. and moved Palm Harbor 20 years ago. She worked as a bail bonds investigator with Union County, New Jersey until retirement for 15 years. She loved to go to Crystal Beach and watch the sunset. She was preceded in death by her mother Helen. She is survived by her sons, Michael (Ellen), Carl (Lara) and John Ciasulli ,6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
